    Just trying to clarify – so either all of the project is done, or none of the project is done? You don’t do parts of the project?? Is that correct?

    • City Of Dickinson says:

      The project will move forward, regardless of the outcome of the protest; however, the assessed concrete work would not get completed with this project. Please keep in mind the sidewalk adjacent to your home is the property owners responsibility to maintain and repair per section 33.04.280 of the City of Dickinson Municipal Code.

        now we as land owners maintain the boulevard and sidewalks but are not actually owned by the property owner….IS THIS CORRECT
