Josh Skluzacek has nearly 15 years of experience in the civil engineering industry having executed projects with an extensive breath of scope across multiple states and even some international projects. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Minnesota State University – Mankato, and is a North Dakota Professional Engineer who serves as the Engineering and Community Development Director for the City of Dickinson. Josh values continuous improvement, dedication and excellence.
